The apartment features a queen size bedroom with premium quality linen, Australian all-season quilts and a selection of allergy sensitive pillows bringing a touch of understated luxury.
Plenty of cupboard space to truly unpack and unwind.
With large double windows and high ceilings, the interior space is filled with beautiful natural light. The raw leather couch is welcoming comfort to indulge in reading or a late-night movie on the smart TV.
The fully equipped kitchen is complete with gorgeous ceramic dinnerware, glassware and cookware, a stove top espresso maker, hand coffee grinder, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and a full size fridge to store your local produce and wines from nearby Prahran market. We stock a basic pantry which includes: Coffee Beans, Black and Herbal Teas, Salt, Pepper local Condiments & Olive Oil.
There is dining for two indoors and a large balcony featuring seating with stunning views overlooking the Melbourne city skyline, perfect for cocktails or taking in the city fireworks on New Years Eve.
The modern bathroom features a large shower, eco-friendly Hand & Body Wash along with Shampoo & Conditioner and luxurious Egyptian Cotton Bath Sheets & Hand Towels.
The Euro Laundry includes a front load washer, dryer, iron and board.

If you need to park your car there is a free dedicated space in the underground carpark, located on Level B from the elevator. The parking space is an electronic stacker with a maximum height of 1.7m, it is very easy to use and we will provide detailed instructions.
