Bedroom & lounge look out to large patio and tall trees. The neighbours are very quiet and respectful so you ought to have a good night's sleep.

Free use of a fabulous Brighton bathing beach bathing box for stays over 21 nights subject to owner availability.

Brighton is an affluent and cosmopolitan location in Melbourne. It features the famous bathing boxes, pleasant beaches, sea baths and up market shops and restaurants. Church St is a very unique and relaxed shopping strip worth visiting.

What makes this property unique

The apartment is quiet and secluded near shops and has an outlook to beautiful tall trees on one side. It has a small side courtyard, a grassed back courtyard and a large decking area. Built in the 1970s it has been renovated.
