This idyllic Edwardian home has two generous sized bedrooms each with a dedicated work space. The home can sleep up to six guests. There is a double-sized sofa bed in the living room for your convenience.
The home has a spacious kitchen with quality appliances, including electric stove, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave & Nespresso machine.
Designed for entertaining, the sun drenched garden courtyard has a large lawn bordered by fruit trees and a rear undercover alfresco deck with a gas BBQ for your enjoyment.
If you prefer to leave the cooking to someone else, stroll down to Mordialloc Village for a wide array of cafes, restaurants and wine bars.
If you’re spending a few days here, take a drive south down to Mornington Peninsula for long scenic walks, gourmet wineries, world class golf courses and the sandy shores of Port Philip Bay.

Location was great somehow was subject to riots while we were there. Overall was clean but the black carpets at the front section of a old house was not the best for cleanness. Amazing water pressure and amenities were great.
The property is lovely and very well kept. It is cosy and welcoming. A really nice place to stay. It's location is ideal for both the beach and the town's cafes and restaurants. Very well connected to public transport for trips to Melbourne also.Highly recommend.

Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, communication
Great property for our short stay with 3 young kids, they had a great time in the backyard & we loved that everything was so close to walk to including Woolies, Cafes, the beach and an amazing play ground. The only issue we had was parking as we had a very large hire car which only just fit in the driveway, there was plenty of street parking for the majority of our stay.
Love this property and how understanding Vivian is, always there to help
