Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check-out time is strictly 10:00 AM. Late check-out without prior approval will incur an additional $50 per hour.
Please wash all used dishes and return them to the cupboard. Kindly take out all rubbish into the big bin that located in the garage before leaving.
Switch off the air conditioning and TV before you leave. Close all windows ,lock the doors and garage. Return the keys back to lockbox. please send us a quick message to confirm your departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
