Melinda, was great to work with. Great location for what I needed on this trip with my 3 younger kids and mom. Definitely would recommend. Location has a great community beach if you have young ones and don’t want to go on the island all the time.

We stayed here for a family wedding held at the Mallard Estate in LBI. We were 6 minutes from the venue. Check in was at 3pm the directions to access the property was emailed to me the night before. This made the check in process easy. Check out was at 10am which I think is a little too early. I wish it was 12pm. The beds were comfortable. We had to bring our own sheets and blankets. I recommend bringing your own pillows. We made great memories around the fire pit.

Enjoyed my stay

The recommendations on where to eat was spot on. I had a small boat with me and it was very easy in and out of the driveway. Close to everything. Very clean and quiet.

It was OKAY, little things could make it better!

The directions to get to and into the property was good. The weeds outside need to be picked and they need to provide linen and towels. We traveled from Out of state and did not know until we got there.
