The apartment is tastefully decorated and generously proportioned with two large bedrooms, a deluxe king bed 65" smart tv and built in robes in the master bedroom, 2nd bedroom features 2 king singles. Bath and rainwater shower, the separate toilet/WC means no crowding and the apartment also has its own laundry with washer and dryer.
Spacious lounge area offers sea views, plenty of comfortable seating, there is a 65” smart TV, separate dining area with table & 6 chairs. In the contemporary kitchen you will find a double sink, fridge, electric stove, microwave, kettle and cooking equipment. You will be arguing over who gets to wash the dishes with stunning ocean views from the kitchen bench.
Open up the sliding doors from the lounge room to a North East facing balcony showcasing sparkling sea views, stunning on a sunny day. You can see the surf before heading off to the beach or chill on the balcony listening to the crashing of the waves and enjoy the serenity.
Beyond your balcony is the expansive, level lawn available for use by our guests. Carpark may not fit a large car but there is plenty of free on street parking most times.
The lawn is a shared area with other residents of the complex.
We try to keep our cleaning fee low; currently $100 per change over & $80 for linen.
Please assist us by leaving the property reasonable - with all dishes washed & put away to prevent excess cleaning fees. Do not leave dirty tissues, food waste, used crockery - you are to clean your own general waste to prevent excess cleaning fees being charged.
