You will have a Whole 2-Floor-in the beautiful villa sitting in a 2/3 acre garden on the bank of Ontario Lake.

Private lake view rooms / Bed and Breakfast / One month lease. Party or event is not allowed.

A one of a kind lakefront property in southern Ontario, the gateway to Niagara Falls and in the heart of the wine region. Even though the house has multiple dwellings, it will be rented to only one guest of the team at a time. So you can enjoy 100% privacy.

Lakefront property in stoney creek, 2 minutes to Grimsby On The Lake (new urban area for walking and small public beaches), 1 hour to downtown Toronto; 25 minutes to Hamilton, Burlington, St. Catherines, and 35 minutes to Niagara Falls.

Designated Waterfront Trail runs in front of the house; also Bruce Trail on the ridge of the escarpment about 2 Km away. Public beaches within walking distance (600 meters away).

Free public boat launching park 2.1/2 minutes

For more than six guests, we will charge $50 per guest per day. The fare will be automatically added to the final invoice.

As it is a big property, the division of the house consists of two dwellings. The guest has access to one dwelling and the owner/operator occupies the other dwellings.
The resident is staying in the basement-dwelling, it is accessed through the outside side door. The basement is a separate dwelling and not connected to the main house. They will not access the backyard, parking spaces, patio or any other places. So the guests will get 100% privacy during their stay.

Gated Luxury House with Ontario lake access for friends gettogether.

My friends and I had a great visit at the lakehouse. The view was spectacular, and just being by the water brought an instant feeling of relaxation. It was so nice for us to spread out and have our own space, while spending lots of time hanging out in the main living area. We even hired a private chef so we could get the full experience. Robert was super responsive and helpful with everything. House is very luxuary with the CN tower view and the picture Square Ontario lake view, the kitchen is fully occupied with cutleries and all rooms are fully maked with towels and premium lotions. We absolutely LOVED the area. Enjoyed a hike at Brue Trail and winery visits along the way. Plus it's just a short drive to NOTL and Niagra Falls. There is a parking space for 14 cars and the backyard is 100 percent private connecting lake. As it is a privacy fenced property with a gate, we enjoyed the privacy in the house and in the lake yards.

Big Private lake front property.

Super luxurious property with mind-blowing lake view and lake patio. We did kayak and swimming on the lake and was so private space on the backyard. Pool was very big and 7ft- 2 ft deep. Bbq station has different options and we did dinner outside. Property is so clean and well stocked for a 4 families. Host was very responsive. Only the negative side is the pool is not heated and host will not provide swimming towels. 4.9/5

Luxury and clean water front cottage for a family gettogether.

We booked the cottage for a family get together of 5 families. The house is well stocked for every one for comfortable staycation. We enjoyed the backyard, which consist of bbq patio, sit-out station, dining table, lake patio and fire-pit. Bbq station was awesome and we will get a 360 view of the lake and the CN tower view from the backyard and from house. Host was very kind and friendly. Coming back for kayak and other water activities next year. Recommended.
