Our condo is nestled in a private gated resort with water and beach views of the Gulf of Mexico and open greenspace. Experience some well-deserved rest and relaxation in our amazing 2nd floor top level condo that sleeps (8) with (2) bedrooms and (2) bathrooms. The large balcony offers an amazing space to absorb the sea breeze and watch the sunset slowly dive beyond the Gulf horizon. The condo invites FUN for all ages! The open floor plan is perfect for stress-free planning and entertaining is made easy throughout the living area, dining area and fully stocked kitchen, as it overlooks the private balcony with views of the beach, water, greenspace, and pool. Step outside the front door and walk down the open-air walkway to the beach, and within 1 minute dip your toes in the sugar white sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters along the Emerald Coast. After a long day at the beach, enjoy full access to our private large beach storage locker, which includes a beach wagon, chairs, and toys, located off the beach on the 1st floor, no need to carry your beach equipment farther than necessary each day.



During the summer season enjoy the convenience of the Excel Beach Service Rentals for chairs, umbrellas, kayaks and paddle boards. The Beach Bar is available for drinks and snacks during the high season. If you desire to stay active while away from the beach, feel free to swim at the pool, head to the fitness center, practice your swing on the tennis and pickleball courts, grab the basketball and shoot some hoops, or work on your shuffleboard skills. No need to bring or worry about equipment, you can checkout rackets, balls, etc. at the front desk free of charge.

The resort is a gated community with security patrolling the resort. The condo is a self-check-in residence with a private entry code to allow you to enjoy your vacation without the stress of losing your keys. (2) unassigned parking passes are provided with your reservation.



The Master Bedroom has a comfy king bed and features a 40” flat screen TV, ceiling fan, large double-sided closet, and comfy bedding. The Master Bedroom ensuite bathroom includes a newly remodeled single vanity, step-in shower & commode. The spacious Guest Bedroom has (2) full beds, 40” flat screen TV, ceiling fan and large double-sided closet with a newly remodeled bathroom adjacent to the bedroom. The Guest Bathroom has a single vanity, step-in shower/tub & commode. For additional sleeping, the living room features a queen sofa bed.



SUMMER FUN Activities hosted at Silver Dunes (June & July):

• Monday Night Movies in the Courtyard @ Dusk – Bring a picnic blanket, your beach chairs, and join us. We feature a different family-friendly movie each week.

• Wednesday Night S’mores Nights with Live Music at the Pool – The fire-pits will be out, s’mores roasting, and tunes playing!



SEASONAL FUN Activities hosted at Silver Dunes:

• Scavenger Hunts throughout the Spring for children of all ages! Just stop by the office to pick up your scavenger hunt necessities. Once you’ve collected everything, stop back by the office to pick a surprise from the Silver Dunes treasure chest!

• Annual Easter Egg Hunt in the Courtyard ~ Easter Sunday, 9 am in the courtyard.

• Cleaning - Our cleaning company is following & practicing the CDC Cleaning Guidelines, VRHK (Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals) & VRMA (Vacation Rentals Mgmt Association).
