4-month winter rental (dates: December 15 - April 15). Cottage is directly on lake Eugenia and backs onto forest conservation area with snowshoeing trails. 2-storey building with walk-out basement. 15-minute drive to Beaver Valley Ski Club and 35-minute drive to Collingwood.
Main floor: open-concept living space with wood burning fireplace, couches, dining table for 10, large kitchen (gas stove, stainless appliances, granite counters, and pantry storage), 0.5 bathroom, and mudroom with slate floors.
Lower floor: 3 bedrooms, laundry, 2 full bath, additional living space.
Loft space and side hill perfect for kids to play and go tobogganing. No smoking or pets.
