LIVING AREA
The bright and spacious living area is perfect for family gatherings. A sizeable comfy sectional frames the wall-mounted flat-screen TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps - the perfect cozy place for a movie night.

KITCHEN & DINING
Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and gas stove, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher to cover all the cleaning up.

Serve your meals in the dining room adjacent to the kitchen with a table set for six guests, additional seating offered at the kitchen island, and a high chair for the little ones. Enjoy your morning coffee or watch the chef cook your favorite meal at our kitchen island for 2.

BATHROOM - 1ST FLOOR
Stocked with clean, fresh towels and toiletries, the convenient first-floor half bath is situated to the left of the stairwell.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS - 2ND FLOOR
Find all four bedrooms and two full-size bathrooms on the 2nd floor. Each bed is topped with quality linen and bedding to ensure a restful night's sleep and plenty of storage space to unpack and make yourself home.

The Primary bedroom provides a comfortable king-size bed with clean linens and soft bedding. Complete with two nightstands, a bench, a dresser, and a TV. The convenient walk-in closet offers plenty of storage and natural light. A pack-n-play is in the walk-in closet for the little ones traveling along for safe sleeping arrangements. The primary suite includes an attached ensuite bathroom with a single vanity, a stand-alone shower, and a bathtub for the perfect spa experience.

The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen size bed with two side tables and a spacious closet; hangers, a hamper, and extra towels are available for your stay. The third bedroom offers a trundle bed with two twin beds. This cozy and bright room is perfect for the siblings in the family. A spacious closet is available to store all of your belongings. Bedroom #4 is every kid's dream bedroom with double kids' house beds, a side table, and two bean bags completed, the most memorable room for the kiddos on your vacation.

LAUNDRY
The laundry room is on the main floor, near the garage entry/exit door. A full-size washer and dryer, complete with detergent and dryer sheets, to make vacation laundry a breeze.

The Neighborhood:
Welcome to the Gates District is a historic and vibrant neighborhood in St. Louis City. The Gate District is between Chouteau Avenue and Interstate 44 on the north and south and between South Jefferson Avenue and South Grand Boulevard on the east and west.

The neighborhood offers an urban, suburban mixed feel, with many bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks.

Easy access to major freeways is convenient for catching a Cardinals game or visiting the Arch and riverfront. Stop by beautiful Soulard or tour the Anheuser-Busch brewery to tantalize the taste buds!

You are situated less than a block from Terry Park, with outdoor space, a playground for the little ones, and a basketball court.

The neighborhood is home to the beautiful Missouri Botanical Gardens, restaurants, and shops. It is close to Tower Grove Park and Forest Park, with miles of tree-lined paths, playgrounds, fountains, and points of interest, including the top-rated and free Zoo and Art Museum.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car, with most highways nearby. You can also use the Metro Link light rail system to access many major attractions.

St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see many Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

This home has NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to request that levels be reduced to appropriate levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc. verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $78 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as a "Trust & Safety Fee" or "Management Fee".

✔ This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.

✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
✔ Quiet time is 10pm - 8am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.
