The 2 master suites are in the basement, this is a basement that has been completely gutted and redone beyond code requirements (work all permitted). This includes all new lateral, basement floor dug down and 100% re-poured, stone all around tuck pointed inside and out, and drainage system installed. On top of that the whole basement was fully rebuilt, insulated for sound between rooms, new dual zone HVAC system (including duct work), dual water heaters, new plumbing, new electric and panels, all interior and exterior doors were either replaced or repaired, etc. There is not much remaining from prior to the rehab and it is essentially a new home inside a 130 year old exterior on both floors.
House Rules:
1) No smoking Indoors
2) Quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. Note, this is a stand alone home and the goal is simply to not disturb any of the neighbors. Moderate noise after 10pm is acceptable.
3) No more than a couple of additional guests other than those staying
4) No parties of any kind
5) No pets allowed.
6) No Local Guests Allowed.
7) Early/Late Checkin/out's are only allowed in rare circumstances.
