Whether you are looking to stay a day, week or a month, the beautiful Sewille Manor on Castleman is located just steps away from some of St. Louis most iconic sites and attractions (Busch Stadium, Centene soccer stadium, St. Louis Arch, and St. Louis Aquarium at Union Station). This home was designed with your comfort in mind. This home is well appointed with t he following amenities: Open floor plan, spacious bedrooms, outdoor patio, off street parking, Netflix high speed internet.

Sewille Manor was built in 1895 in The Historic Shaw neighborhood of St. Louis. Partners Seft and William acquired this home in 2021 and carefully refurbished to the highest standards .

The home is approximately 3200 square feet home with 7 bedrooms and 5 full baths.

1st floor= Bedroom 1, Full bath , living room, kitchen/dining rooms, and family room

2nd floor= 2 full baths, 4 spacious guest bedrooms.

3rd floor= 2 full baths, 2 guest bedrooms

This home is located in Historic Shaw Neighborhood. It is bordered on the north by Interstate 44, the east by S. Grand Blvd, the west by Tower Grove Ave and the Missouri Botanical Gardens, and the south by Tower Grove Park.

This is an increasingly vibrant community that is a short drive to top area attractions, restaurants, shopping, museums and parks.

Home is approximately 5 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes to the airport.

St Louis Metro Link is located about 5 minute drive and 30 minute walk away.

1. Only registered guests listed on your reservation are allowed to stay in the unit.
2. Furniture- Unless permission is requested and granted in advance, furniture must remain in their original location.
3. Lamps: Lamps in the hallway, living room and dining room are on a timer and should not be shut off manually.
4. Beds must be stripped beds and place lines in the laundry basket at the end of your stay.
5. Makeup Removal- to avoid a $30 charge, please only use black towels for makeup removal.
6. Curling iron should only be used in the bathroom. You will be charged if the curling iron is burns or otherwise damage furniture or carpet.
7. Dishes- all used dishes, pots, spoons, etc must be rinsed and placed in the dishwasher. Please do not use regular dish detergent in the dishwasher.
8. All trash and unused items must be placed in the trash cans just outside the side door.
9. All houses are non-smoking. An automatic $250 fee will be charged if you are or guest smoke inside.
10. Please NO tape or sticky tack on the walls or trim. Both pull paint off walls and trim. An automatic $200 repaint fee will be charged if there is tape.
11. No outdoor music, this house has neighbors and we want to respect our neighbors.
12. Lastly, the maximum occupancy of this house is 16 (Absolutely NO Parties!). Exceeding this amount may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation.
