Modern

We loved the house ,location near Lafayette Square which we wanted. Loved the fireplace & having a patio outback. The house could be a 10 if a few things were done. Like make sure all light bulbs working. Several out around house. And tv remote batteries out in living anrea Also we had to buy a wine opener. None found in kitchen. And in master suite shelves very dusty. I had to dust it off to lay clothes. And could only find 2 hangars in master. Also linen in both closets need to be organized. Looks just thrown in. And lastly in master you really need black out blinds or curtains. The light (Sun) started coming in around 5:30 am. You won’t sleep past then unless you wear a dark eye mask! Also it says it sleeps 10 but really would only 8 & that’s really kids . Because it’s in master a fold out couch. Could you better pillows too. They were very uncomfortable .And with the space it would have been nice to have a bigger kitchen table. Our family played games & really could only play with 3-4 people at table & that was tight. Our girls & a niece were in the other 2 bedrooms & said felt beds were full & not queens.With the space in there they could easily put kings. That said we all did enjoy the modern layout & the garage.

Spacious home great location

We’ve booked this home two years in a row for a business convention. It’s super close to down town area in an upper class quiet area. The home is beautiful, well stocked with lots of extras, and super clean. There is also ample parking. We have a large truck and trailer and were able to park it out front. We also found an incredible breakfast/lunch place within walking distance. We will be booking this home again.

Birthday Weekend in STL

My family came to STL for my husband’s birthday weekend and to see the Metallica concert. There were 4 adults and my 12 year old son and there was definitely enough room for everyone to sleep and spread out. We loved the outdoor balconies and the pool table. Everyone had a great time and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!!

Fantastic stay

The house was exactly as the listing showed. Plenty of space and very clean throughout. It was very easy to find with a smooth check in process. We were allowed to check in early and the neighborhood was clean and safe.

Beautiful house in convenient location

We took a family trip to St. Louis, 6 adults, 3 kids and 2 dogs. There was plenty of room for all to hang out. Location was great, we went to Grant’s farm, the old train station, the arch, city museum, the zoo, and the baseball stadium. Nothing was more than a 20 minute drive. There are 2 parks within walking distance that the dogs and children loved.

Great location

This house is in a convenient location, spacious house, room for us all to move around freely. They have a smart room (not the entire house) unfortunately someone prior to us had stole the Alexa. The attached garage made us feel safe with our vehicles. Large kitchen but lacking in supplies, has basic dishes, silverware and pans but not a lot else. We enjoyed our stay

Reflections of Calm

This property and its owners/managers offer a peaceful place to reflect, refocus, and reframe. The motif is splendid. The location is eclectic and a great area to take walks. The only issue, I wish that I booked more days!

Great Location

Great location for locations like City Museum, Union Station and Busch Stadium. Cool neighborhood, enjoyed running to and through Lafayette Park - beautiful. Had a blast with the pool table and the garage was really handy! We heard zero road noise and the house was clean and comfortable.

Cardinals Fanatics!

This property was perfect for our family of 5 in STL to see a couple of ball games. The location was great for our purposes - a short Uber ride away from many fantastic restaurants, various neighborhoods, DT, and the ballpark. Brian was easy to reach and responded to my few questions quickly. Easy check in and out. Will book again next trip!

Perfect location but had to clean a little

We needed to be close to the stadium and convention center and found this location perfect! We loved the short drive that also offered an escape from the bustle. The accommodations were really great. However, there were stains on couch pillows, every window had fingerprints smeared so bad I had to clean them to see outside. The kitchen cabinets were sticky. We had to empty a full dishwasher upon arrival. There were no kitchen towels. However we felt safe, the sheets and towels and floors were clean and it was overall a great experience.

Excellent stay

We were very impressed with this rental in St. Louis. We were in town for a Cardinal game and an anniversary that included dinner on The Hill. Great location to get around to local attractions. We loved the pool table and the kitchen was so large and clean. Bedrooms were large and comfortable with lots of pillows and blankets available. Host was excellent about answering questions. Nice job!
