Welcome to our updated historic home in Benton Park, one of the best neighborhoods in St. Louis! This unique 19th-century home offers a comfortable retreat for up to 12 guests, making it an ideal choice for families and friends looking to explore the vibrant city of St. Louis.

Step into warmth and character with four large living and dining spaces plus a 1/2 bath on the first floor. Prepare meals in the updated and well-stocked kitchen. The adjacent dining area plus kitchen bar seat 12 comfortably with plenty of counter space for serving. The flow and design of the first floor ensure you’ll easily find a space to play games, watch Roku tv, curl up with a book, or catch up over a glass of wine.

-2nd and 3rd floor bedroom suites:
Each floor has an oversized room with a queen bed, a twin bed and a twin trundle bed. There is plenty of room to move around (you could even turn some cartwheels) with the trundle bed out! The twin is set up as a daybed so that you may also use it to relax or watch the Roku TV.

Through the oversized main bedrooms there is a nicely sized additional bedroom enclosed by french doors. The 2nd floor offers a king and the 3rd floor offers a queen bed.

The 2nd floor has a large bathroom with a freestanding shower and jacuzzi tub, plus double sinks. The 3rd floor has a spacious bathroom with a freestanding shower and original clawfoot tub!

Upstairs is stocked with amenities to make yourself at home: Several closets, Roku tvs, numerous sitting areas, books, games, a separate office, an iron, pack n' play and more! The new, soft carpeting upstairs and the historic brick construction of this home make it quiet and cozy!

1. The outdoor spaces are off-limits to gathering/talking/playing music during quiet hours after 10pm to avoid disturbing neighbors. Gather indoors during quiet hours.
2. Noise levels should be respectful to neighbors at all times of the day (no loud music). The house is equipped with noise detection sensors to alert if noise becomes excessive, indoors or outdoors. These do not record anything.
3.No visitors at the property without prior permission of hosts.
4. No smoking of any kind indoors, and glitter and confetti should not be brought into the home.
