We had a great stay at the house. Well furnished for our group of 7. We were 2 families with kids. The house is accommodating and close to about everything we wanted to do in St Louis.

Really great stay, a little concerned at first about neighborhood safety but no issues. Appreciate that more toilet paper was provided upon request (only had 1 1/2 rolls in each bathroom for a 4 nite stay?) & requested dish soap was provided as well. Would have been nice to have a dish towel but not a huge deal. Bottom step of back staircase created lots of trip ups since its so high from the floor. Great to have the recycling dumpsters in the alley & always able to get parking in front of the house. Decor was really nice, thank you!

Excellent space to stay for a mid size group right near Soulard. The property itself was very clean and easy to access. We had parking right outside the house plus a space that is enclosed in the back, which was great because we had two cars. When we come back to visit, would stay again. There are also some adorable bunnies that we believe reside in the backyard, which was a precious additional treat. Good value for the stay as well. We had no issues throughout our stay.

This was a great place for our 3 families with 2 babies to get together. We loved the beds and the air conditioning. Only complaint was that although the house was clean when we arrived it had been vacuumed but the hard floor had not been mopped or they used the wrong cleaner because the babies’ bare feet were very dirty after walking on the floors. Would recommend.

Perfect for graduation weekend

The house was very clean, comfortable and well furnished. We had plenty of room for our family. Less than 10-minute drive from SLU campus, and easy to get to the Hill, Tower Grove Park, Soulard and other parts of the city. Beds are on the softer side if that's what you like. Stairs inside and outside might be difficult if mobility challenged. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend this house to others.

St Louis getaway

Our group of 5-6 gets together every year for a 4-day weekend in the fall. We chose St Louis this time and this property was an excellent location from all of our activities. We spent time at Union Station, The Hill, the Zoo, Budweiser brewery tour, the Arch, etc.. and nothing was further than 10-15 min. Beautiful, clean home.

Family get together

It was the perfect size for our family. Each room accommodated us. The kitchen has everything you need to cook with I was impressed. All the appliances were new and easy to use. Close to all our activities we did. Parking could be a little better out back and street. Otherwise we had. Great time and would recommend this place. We will keep this one our list for our next visit to St. Louis. Also, I can’t say enough about the quick responses we got when we had a question! Thank you so much!

We were initially concerned when we saw the empty homes and businesses in the neighborhood. However, once we entered the home all our anxieties and fears completely disappeared. House had lots of space to spread out and relax. Perfect for multiple families to meet and hang out. Everything was clean and in working order. The beds we used were soft and super comfy. The showers were fancy and had great pressure. Parking could be a challenge with multiple vehicles, but not too bad. Would highly recommend.

Convenient and close to downtown

Very nice property. Clean. Comfy beds. Lots of stairs so need to be able to handle stairs. Large fenced backyard. Really close to 4 Hands Brewery and just a 10 minute drive to downtown. The only bummer was the game table that is literally falling apart and needs to be removed/replaced. Great property otherwise. Will definitely rent again for future trips to StL.

Girls overnight trip

7 co-workers and myself stayed here overnight after seeing a show at the Stifel. The location was very centrally located, while still a few minutes from downtown. The home was absolutely beautiful! Up-to-date everything! Huge table with benches and extra chairs were perfect to accommodate a late night card game! There are 2 rooms with king beds, 1 room with a single queen, and one room with 2 queens and the couch could potentially sleep 2-3. We will keep this place in mind if we have to stay in the area again!
