The interior features rich hardwood floors and natural light reaches every corner of this beautiful tri-level, Central West End home. State-of-the-art amenities, comfortable, high-end furniture, and original handmade decorations make for a homey atmosphere.

The best way to get around is by car with most highways conveniently nearby. You can also use the Metrolink light rail system to get to many major attractions. Metro's efficient light rail system offers stops throughout the city.
St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

Great stay, roomy house, bedrooms, and bathrooms. No complaints, the group was happy overall. One suggestion is more kitchen cookware to accommodate larger groups (Larger skillet or griddle). Extra blankets would have also been nice. Location was great with everything within 10-20 minutes of all our activities.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this home with my family. Any issues we had were quickly responded to by the management. The location was good for visiting the Central West End and Forest Park.

We came out to St Louis for the Gateway Dirt National races, and this property was perfect for our group. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The only issue we had was with 7 adults, showers had to be spaced out in order for everyone to take a hot shower. We will definitely book again if we are ever in this area.

fantastic well worth the price
We were able to find this location after a previous location had cancelled out on us just 4 days before a family gathering in St. Louis for my youngest sons wedding . The price was very reasonable and the amenities were just fantastic. The house was centrally located by all the venues that we needed to go to for the wedding.
Property is actually nicer than it appears in pictures. Our only complaint was the outdated television that couldn’t connect to WiFi for casting. We didn’t spend a lot of tv time with all there is to do in central west end area. Thoroughly enjoyed visit to St Louis. Will consider this condo next visit for sure!

This apartment has a lovely rooftop view of downtown and 4 outdoor patio chairs to enjoy the skyline. This is a great location where we were always able to find parking right next to our place yet also just minutes away from the CWE and activities in forest park. They were also great hosts by providing those little comforts that one doesn't pack (e.g. coffee maker, tupperware to store leftovers ) and things often forgotten (e.g. shampoo). We greatly appreciate the hospitality!!

You were such a pleasure to host and we would love to have you stay in our home again anytime.
This property was comfortable for our family. It was spacious. Basics for cookware were basically all there but non-stick cookware was worn. If you need something like a griddle or skillet it is best to bring one. When you stay, ask the provider what is not included so you can be sure to bring it with you. We had trouble getting in the garage as the keypad did not work when we arrived, but it was resolved the next day. Overall, we would come back.

Commcation just takes to long to get ahold of anyone with this location I was supposed to check in 5pm I didn’t get in til 6 cause they never gave me the door code when I text the home owner ask for the door code he still gave me the wrong code they never accommodate me on the lack communication on they end the home owner made me feel kinda uncomfortable when u book. he or she might email u asking why u coming to Stlouis and then state all these rules they have for the house I get it that u have rules but you can put that in the description of the house I will NEVER rent from any house that has this management company I can’t express how poor of the communication they have with this home

Thank you for your review. As for the check-in instructions, they send out automatically just so long as the check-in form is completed. Because the check-in form was only completed the day of the reservation, this is why those instructions did not go out automatically. I can see that throughout the message thread we responded to each of your messages within 10 minutes or less. I am sorry for the questions prior to a stay. When we have a guest that is from St. Louis booking a property in St. Louis we just like to get an idea as to what the home will be used for and ensure that an event or party is not being thrown at the home. If these questions came off as invasive we certainly do not mean them to be.
The size of this house worked great for our group of 7 girlfriends. The downstairs is super spacious, and the kitchen island was the perfect place for us to hang out. Overall, the house was tidy and comfortable. However, the kitchen could have used one more inspection by the cleaners. There was a plate of Doritos in a kitchen cabinet, which was odd. And several items (pan, bowl, glass) were visibly dirty. A couple other small areas for improvement: the remote to the fireplace was missing, and the 3rd floor bedroom was pretty cold. Also on the back door (used when entering from the garage) the door code did not work so we had to walk around the building to get in. All 3 of these things wouldn’t be much of an issue most of the year but in the middle of winter could’ve made the stay better. Having said all that, we would still recommend this rental for a St. Louis getaway.

The property was a beautiful, spacious unit. The furnishings were all quality and the location was nice. Although it was walking distance from the Central West End, it's a little on the outskirts. The property management was very responsive. I had issues with the lock on the door and they immediately responded and fixed it. The place was very clean. However, they didn't provide some simple fixtures. I had to go out and buy trash bags and paper towels. Communication and responsiveness was fantastic and I will likely stay there again during my next visit to STL!

The property was in a great location and had lots of space for our girls trip. However, the cleaning wasn't up to the greatest standards. The property had clearly not been vacuumed or mopped in awhile, to the extent that when we walked around inside, our feet were very dirty afterwards. It was apparent that the property had been spot cleaned, but not deep cleaned in awhile. Had the place been cleaned better, it would have received an overall better review from us. The communication with the property manager was great. When we asked him things from time to time. Too bad it didn't feel clean.
