The interior features rich hardwood floors and natural light reaches every corner of this beautiful tri-level, Central West End home. The house has an open concept living area on the first floor, and the living and dining rooms connect and extend into a fully equipped kitchen. You’ll also find a double vanity with two separate sinks. Each bathroom is stocked with all of the essential toiletries.

The townhouse is nestled in a lovely Central West End neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri, less than 10 minutes away from the vibrant downtown area. Feel free to walk along the neighborhood to discover some great restaurants, bars, museums, and nightlife. Runners and cyclists will love numerous trails and the vicinity of one of the nation's largest city parks, Forest Park.

Getting Around:

The best way to get around is by car with most highways conveniently nearby. You can also use the Metrolink light rail system to get to many major attractions. Metro's efficient light rail system offers stops throughout the city.



St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.



PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING

This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. It allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to appropriate levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.



GUEST VERIFICATION

SafelyStay, Inc. verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases to confirm reservations.



TRUST & SAFETY

The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee include up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury.



The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $88 fee is collected at the time of payment and labeled as "Trust & Safety Fee" or "Management Fee."

EXTRA GUEST FEE

For groups of more than 7 guests, please note the extra guest fee of $15/person/night starting with the 8th guest. This fee is automatically applied based on your guest count.

HOUSE RULES

This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.



✔ Primary renter must be 25+ years old

✔ Pets are not permitted on the property

✔ No smoking inside the home

✔ No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation

✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party

✔ Quiet time is 10 pm - 9 am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.

✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10 pm

✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. No glitter or confetti.
