Great location. Great communication and support from the owner. Lots of bathrooms and beds! Spacious living room with lots of seating. Large table for meals (lots of chairs). Great place for a family gathering. We had 14 and fit very comfortably.

The house worked very well for our 3 families, and was very conveniently located for all the activities we did. They’ve done a very nice job of converting an older property into a nice vacation rental for a large group. The host was very responsive to all of our inquiries.

Perfect for families

Stayed at this property for a SLU graduation. Location was perfect for getting to campus and going out for several great meals in various areas. Easy access to everything.The living space and bedrooms are large and comfortable. The mattresses are so comfortable (Vance what kind are they???)!!! Vance is a fantastic host and super responsive! Would stay here again!!

Spring Break getaway

House was perfect for our stay. Beds super comfortable. Home was immaculate. Location was good. Lots of room. Bathrooms are a bit small. Downstairs bathrooms have sliding barn doors that look nice but when using, and someone walks by they can easily see through the cracks on the sides of the barn doors. Overall, 5 out of 5 for this stay!

Soccer Tournament get away

We had the best time! Very spacious house for a multi family trip. The living room/dining area was open and very comfortable. We all hung out here and it was nice to not be on top of each other! The beds were comfy. It was nice and cool inside. Lots of storage for bags. Having two baby beds and a high chair made for an easy packing trip as well The overstock was crazy for cleaning supplies, shampoos conditioners, toilet paper, kitchen spices and soap, trash bags, etc. it was so nice not to have to worry about these things. The host was VERY quick with response and easy to work with. Would book again! Also location is excellent. Literally minutes from everything.

Our stay at this property was care-free and so fun. The house was in excellent shape and gave us the space that we needed. The host, Vance, was very responsive throughout our rental process and so welcoming. The location was literally 10 minutes from many of our events and so convenient. The property looked just like the photos, the owner was very easy to communicate with and very prompt with everything. The property was in a good location about a 10-minute Uber ride from everything. Had a very very positive experience. Everyone that was there. Had a great experience and we would definitely stay in that place again if we're ever in St Louis

At first concerned about the neighborhood, but after getting in the house we found it perfect!

Found the house perfect for our stay. Clean, open with plenary of room and a small yard to enjoy the day. All attractions were close, providing a great place for our friends to meet, enjoy each other over a couple beverages and get a taste of some great stuff to enjoy in St. Louis. Great responsive host!

Awesome Home Away from home

This was a terrific place for our five days in St Louis. Perfect for a one year old and 85 year old and a number of family members in between. We highly recommend the home. Landlord responded very quickly to any question.

Family birthday

Lovely older hone uniquely redone with plenty of room for everyone & nice open concept foe us all to gather. 1.5 convenient bathrooms on main level & 2 full upstairs. My 95 year old mother really appreciate having a comfy bed on the main level. My goals were plenty of bathrooms & bedrooms then comfy seating for everyone which this certainally accomplished. Quiet neighborhood close to everything. Thank you for a wonderful visit.

We booked this for family who was in town for a graduation. Vance is a wonderful host. The property was clean and perfect for a big group. My elderly father in law loved the first floor accommodations. Plenty of bathrooms. Big comfy living room. Everyone said the beds were comfortable. The home was great- we will rent it again! Annual family vacation

This was a great place for our three generations to be together, explore St. Louis (including restaurants, the zoo, the City Museum and Grant’s Farm) as well as have our own spaces when needed. Owner was very responsive to any issues that came up and addressed them quickly.
