Great little townhome that has easy access to most of the St. Louis gems!

Stayed here for a week for a small family get-together and was pleasantly surprised by how convenient the location was to most of the main St. Louis sights/activities. Stairs to the bedrooms can be a bit steep. Assuming you're okay with stairs, this townhome is a fantastic place to stay!

The Best

Our daughter lives in STL and didn't want to rent three hotel rooms to visit. This property was the best!! Besides all that are listed, this property: very clean, decorated so cute, updated, sleep/noise machines, great towels, nice flooring, easily enough room for 8 adults, did i mention CLEAN. Devin was easy to contact and I don't want anyone else to rent so it will be available when we visit again : )

Good, however

Couple of items that would have made this stay Excellent: Arrived at checkin to a rather Cool unit. The address numbers are hard to see, during daylight savings 4:00 pm - other units nearby have large numbers over the entrance doors. Outside staircase hand rail is wobbly. The staircase to the bedrooms was not secured toward top near the second floor. Devin is an accommodating Host. He set thermostat to our heating choices. He immediately responded to our queries.
