LIVING AREA
The living area features an oversized, plush sectional surrounding a large wall-mounted TV with access to all your favorite streaming apps - the perfect cozy place for a movie night.

KITCHEN & DINING
Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully-equipped kitchen with all the gadgets, trays, dishes, and utensils you would expect to find in a family home. There is a full-size fridge/freezer, a freestanding oven and gas cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher to handle clean-up duties.

Gather everyone into the modern dining room for dinner with a table set for 10 and a highchair available for the little ones. Enjoy your morning coffee or watch the chef cook your favorite meal at our kitchen island for 2.

BEDROOM & BATHROOM - 1ST FLOOR
This beautiful home offers a spacious 1st-floor bedroom with a cozy king-size bed, plenty of storage space, and a TV. The powder room is just around the corner.

BEDROOM & BATHROOM - 2ND FLOOR
On the 2nd floor of this spacious home, you will find three more bedrooms, including a Primary suite with an attached full bath and a lovely bonus baby room with a crib. Each bed is topped with soft, premium linen and bedding, and you'll find plenty of storage to unpack and make yourself home. You'll never miss your favorite shows while traveling, as each bedroom has a wall-mounted TV. You'll find a second full bathroom in the hallway, featuring a double vanity, a tub/shower combo, and plenty of fresh towels and toiletries.

In all, the second floor offers a variety of sleeping options. King Bedroom #2 includes additional sleeping (trundle bed with two twins) and a SmartTV. Bedroom #3 is just down the hall and outfitted with a king bed, SmartTV, and plenty of closet space. Next is a dedicated baby room with a crib for the little ones. And King Bedroom #4 is a primary suite with additional sleeping (trundle bed with two twins), a SmartTV, and an attached full bath.

BEDROOM & BATHROOM - 3RD FLOOR
The redesigned 3rd floor features a large game room with a ping pong table, plenty of classic board games, and a large wall-mounted TV, prime for an evening movie or Cardinals game. There is plenty of sleeping space on the third floor, with two more bedrooms and a full-size bathroom. Bedroom #5 is a second primary suite with a king bed, a large walk-in closet, a pack-n-play for the tots, and an attached full bath. Bedroom #6 has another trundle bed (two twins) and could be perfect for your family's teens, a space to call their own!

LAUNDRY
The laundry room is conveniently located on the second floor. You'll find a full-size washer and dryer, plenty of detergent, and dryer sheets to make vacation laundry a breeze.

The Neighborhood:
The home is located within the historic Soulard District and is within walking distance of dozens of local restaurants, bars, and a microbrewery. There is also a grocery store and other amenities, such as barbers, pharmacies, etc., all close by.

Visitors can enjoy endless entertainment in the Soulard district year-round, including craft beer at International Tap House, oysters, and crawfish on the beautifully-landscaped patio at Molly's in Soulard, homemade cupcakes at Sweet Divine, Irish stew at McGurk's, and blueberry-flavored margaritas at Chavas Mexican Restaurant.

Take part in Pub Crawls held throughout the neighborhood and on the music front; Soulard offers some of the city's best jazz, blues, folk, and rock music options.

With over 30 bars, restaurants, and quirky shops scattered throughout the narrow tree-lined streets, everyone offers an elaborate outdoor courtyard, patio, or sidewalk area to enjoy the beautiful historic scenery.

For history buffs, Soulard hosts the city's oldest church and the oldest Farmers Market west of the Mississippi. For the brave, several haunted houses, including The Darkness, are located near the former Welsh Baby Carriage factory.

When visiting in January, the area hosts the world's third-largest Mardi Gras Festival. Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car, with most highways nearby. You can also use the Metro link light rail system to access many major attractions.

St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see many Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.

PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING
This home has NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. This allows us to request that levels be reduced to appropriate levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc. verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee includes up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $88 fee is collected at the time of payment and may be labeled as a "Trust & Safety Fee" or "Management Fee".

EXTRA GUEST FEE
For groups of more than 7 guests, please note the extra guest fee of $15/person/night starting with the 8th guest. This fee is automatically applied based on your guest count.

✔ This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.
✔ Primary renter must be 25+ years old
✔ Pets are not permitted on the property
✔ No smoking inside the home
✔ No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
✔ Quiet time is 10pm - 8am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
✔ Outdoor areas off-limits after 10pm
✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. Absolutely no glitter or confetti.
