This nicely furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath townhouse at Seascape Villas is a recently renovated property with new flooring, new appliances, cabinetry, and countertops with new comfortable furnishings.

The main living area is five steps up from the entry-level. The kitchen opens to the living space on the main level and has new stainless steel appliances, with white cabinetry and granite countertops. The living room area is nicely furnished and opens to a large deck looking out to one of the two pools on the property. The second floor has two bedrooms and two newly remodeled bathrooms. The master bedroom features a queen-sized bed and access to a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has two full-size beds with the use of the newly remodeled hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

The Seascape Villa complex has its own designated beach access walkway with a cabana and restrooms along the pathway.
