All the essentials are on hand for a relaxing, easy beach base... hit one of the nearby restaurants, play golf, go surfing, check out the local bike tracks or kick back at the beach right across the road from your door!

For shopping, Papamoa Plaza is located a 5 minutes drive away, Bayfair Shopping centre a15 minute drive away and Mount Maunganui in 20.

2 bedroom, 1 bathroom home with open plan living. Modern fully equiped kitchenwith coffee pod machine, new bathroom with high pressure mains and large fully fenced section.

Modern heat pump for heat in winter or air conditioning in summer. Near new quality inner sprung queen beds with cotton sheets and bath towels included.

Large BBQ located on private decking area, perfect for relaxing with family and friends following a day at the beach.

Games, books, beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach towels provided.

Guest access:
Entire home and fully fenced section. Lock box located on the property. Code will be provided prior to arrival.

Great holiday in Papamoa Our accommodation was perfect for a month long stay. In very quiet area across from the beach. Our hosts were very thoughtful and helpful.
