Nice house

Beautiful home but it's listed as a 4 bedroom which is why i chose this home but it's 3 bedrooms and the pullout couch. House is on the corner of a very busy street but there is a section at the end of the driveway to get out easier. Hair was left in the tub so made me question the cleanliness but plenty of cleaning supplies.

Nice Home But Definitely Not Clean

Upon arriving to this property as soon as we opened the door it smelt like mold or like the house haven’t been used in sometime. We used the several air fresheners they provided to us and the bleach wipes to bring some freshness to the property. We also turned on the AC to get rid of the smell. The house had several cobwebs all throughout the home and the bathroom toilet had stains in it from prior use. Easy fix with the cleaning products the house provided, but it should’ve been done prior to our arrival. I stayed in the first room and decided to sleep with a blanket over the comforter due to a stain I say on the comforter. It is very loud due to the busy road so beware of that. If you have an infant I would suggest sleeping in the back rooms. The couch was broken and sunken in to the point only 2 smaller body people could use the couch. The WiFi didn’t work the entire 1st day, but the next day she had someone come out and fix it right away… I was grateful. Also we noticed the refrigerator was leaking water on the floor during the night. But despite everything it was worth the stay bet it was right beside Stone Mountain park where we needed to be.

Not fit and proper.

The photos did not accurately represent the condition of the property, with cobwebs visible even from outside. There was a strong, unpleasant smell that greeted you upon entering the home. The sofa shown in the pictures was significantly damaged. The air conditioning units were extremely loud, both the window units in the rooms and the large central AC return. The property was advertised as a 4-bedroom, 1-bathroom home, but it only had 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Given these issues, you and your family were unable to stay there even for a single night, concluding that the property was not suitable for a VRBO rental.
