Whole house right next to the beach! 10 min drive to the city

One month awesome holiday/temporary stay for a lovely couple or a stylish single in island! Right next to the beach on the esplanade. All fully furnished with a bit of character 😄 Only need to bring your own bedding and your clothes!

- ocean view balcony with a BBQ
- an ocean / Island view bedroom
- an ocean/ island view study room or yoga room or game room or whatever you want to call it
- bathroom on the ground floor so plenty of privacy
- easy on street parking

- a tūī feeder with tūī visitors every day ☺️☺️ But of course you will add the sugar water for that (I’ll show you how)
- Redrocks nearby; gorgeous walks and hikes all around
- New World, convenience stores, coffee, takeaways all within walking distance
- bus stop nearby, 10 min drive into the city
