Welcome to A little southern comfort, our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom granny flat located in Sanctuary Point on the beautiful NSW south coast! Offering a comfy stay for 4 people (and additional space on a sofa bed for an extra) with a private outdoor courtyard with BBQ area and street parking. Just 10 mins drive to the glorious Jervis Bay and amazing national park a great little place to rest your head after days exploring our piece of paradise!

A wonderful experience. Everything was 100%. Clare and Jack were great and helpful hosts and the accomodation was one of the best that we have experienced.Location is very good for any activity close to Sanctuary Point.Will definitely use this accomodation on future visits to the area.We arrived in an all electric EV and Jack set us up with connection to 240V power supply which was very much appreciated as I was able to depart with 100% power charge to the car.

Excellent Hosts and Property!

It was an awesome experience throughout, starting from the Chek-in process to Check-out. Jack and Clare are the best hosts ever! Property was extremely clean and exactly how it looked in the pictures. They even offered us an extra night to stay as they saw we were busy with work. That generosity is not common these days at all. Highly recommend booking this place if you are in the area.

Perfect little place for our fam!

We really enjoyed our stay at Clare and Jack's granny flat! The place seems fairly new, was super clean and these guys thought of everything! Private access to the flat, path was lit up with sensor lights at night which I appreciated! beds were comfy and shower was luxurious. Would definitely book again.
