Tucked away at the rear of the block, this unit claims more than half of the building's space. A pathway leads to a leafy courtyard for you and your friends to chill, reached by descending a brief set of steps.

The lower level encompasses a full kitchen with dining area, seamlessly connected to the private courtyard.
