Wonderful condo...although, cellular service is iffy at best (not their fault)....but we did have problems with the wifi, tv in living room would not work with internet connection in condo...but we didn't miss it much...

We had three couples stay here for the GA/FL game and we all loved the condo. Very easy check in with a code. It is clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen is very large and well-equipped. The ocean views from the deck are amazing and it is just a short walk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

We've been visiting for 15-20 years. Our condo in Shipwatch was great, roomy, clean and just what we needed. Leaving passes at the gate could be better organized through the listing agent, also Visitors could use the amenities in the past, especially the golf courses but the Omni won't let visitors use them unless staying at through them. Its ridiculous and they are missing out on revenue. Owners need to work on that.

The unit was great. We had some issues with a water leak during our stay which prevented us from using a portion of the master bath. Property manager was very responsive but it still took a couple of days for the repair. We enjoyed the unit and the town. We would consider another stay in the same unit!

Beautiful location

We loved our stay!! Very clean, modern, beautiful views of the ocean from the back porch. Community pool was clean with nice loungers and right on the beach, so trips to both were easy during the day. Beach towels and toys were in the condo, too. Just fyi, most communication was via email with the realty company managing it. Super comfortable. Loved it!!!

Fantastic oceanfront condo on Amelia

We’ve stayed at Amelia several times and love this condo. Three bedroom/three bath oceanfront condo, all one level. It appears to have been Recently renovated, so is in fantastic shape. The listing does not state but they do provide beach towels - in addition to linens and bath towels. We will return to Shipwatch.
