Additional rules
Please make a note of the following during your stay as we want all our guests to be able to enjoy the place over and over again. And again don't forget to have a fabulous stay!
- Kindly inform us of your estimated time of arrival at the building to ensure you receive the key in a timely manner. The key is at a nearby store, if you require an After-store hours check-in of 10pm to 8am, kindly note that there is an extra charge of $90.
- All extra guest must leave the premises by 10 pm
- Strictly no smoking inside the premises - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.
- No parties or events - any evidence of parties or events will result in a $150 fine.
- Key loss will result in a charge of $300; and $150 will be charged if you lock yourself out and ask the host for assistance after office hours.
- Check-out time is by 10 am. Late check-out will result in a charge of $40 per hour. Keys need to be left in the apartment or back in store before the check-out time. Please leave your apartment tidy by washing your dishes and taking out any rubbish.
- Any FAULTS or BREAKAGES – please report any as and when it happens to ensure we can resolve it without any delays.
- Please note that additional cleaning charges will be applied for guests that leave the apartment in an unacceptable state.
- We only manage the apartments in the building and all of the building amenities are managed by the building management. Any amenity temporarily unavailable or under repair will be out of our control.

Great location.
It was an awesome location with excellent views of the city. Close to crown and lots of food. South Melbourne market were really close. Unfortunately, the windows were dirty, not many lights worked, a light fell from the ceiling, we only had one key for access, The toilet leaked water, there were no dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher, the clothes dryer was sealed not for use. A little love by the landlord order have made it a greater experience.
