Lounge: 55' TCL smart TV, comfortable queen sofa bed and chairs; Dining: large extendable dining table with 6 chairs.
Level 2: 1 master ensuite with queen bed overlooking city and New Year firework, the 3. bedroom with 1 double bed, having a full bathroom next door.

Aircon/heating: split system aircon in all areas including bedrooms.
