We would appreciate that you respect the house and environment in which you choose to stay in. !!! No Smoking Policy: Please be aware that any form of smoking may activate the house smoke alarm and any tampering with our fire detector will incur a fine. Should we believe that guests have been smoking / vaping in bedrooms, balcony, patio or any part of the house, a smoking fine of $250 will be charged for deep cleaning and/or fire detector tampering. For stays of 31+ nights, the HOA is requiring us to submit a background check application before the rental is approved. ($100 fee will be charged after the reservation is confirmed). If your criminal history is all clean, the HOA will approve your stay. If not, we recommend you do not even book the property as it would be declined afterwards by the HOA.
