Nestled in a picturesque and desirable location at Lynn Valley, our One Bedroom Suite beckons travelers in search of comfort and style. With close access to public transportation and various points of interest, our home serves as the perfect base for your adventures.
Short walk to trailheads, 15 mins walk to Lynn Canyon, 2 mins drive to mountain bike trail, 10 mins drive to Grouse Mt. Paradise to mt biker/hiker/skier. 10 mins walk to bus stop and 15 min walk to shopping center.
The suite features a comfortable queen-size bed and a bathroom with a shower A full kitchen with fridge, stove, oven, etc. The living area includes a twin xl size sofa bed, a twin size chair bed, 50'' TV with Netflix and dining table.
Private wash machine and dryer.
A selection of books to read and boardgames to play
Large backyard will be shared with upper resident feel free to chill or have a great air and space there.

The space: 600 sqft
Private entry: Enter through the side gate on the left side of the house, then take the path around the backyard to enter the suite.
