A great property for our needs. Easy to get to and close to campus. Kitchen could use more cups and plates. Especially ones that aren’t glass. The bathrooms were lacking better soap and shampoo options, so bring your own.

Great house and location for a family

This house had lots of space, clean and was very accommodating to our needs. The host was very prompt and welcoming. If we are back in the area, we will definitely stay here again.

This property was just perfect for our stay. Clean, inviting and spacious! The neighborhood was great for morning and evening walks. The location was so close to campus, food (Rudy's, Braum's and so much more) and shopping. If we are ever back in this area, we will definitely stay here again.

Convenient, clean and affordable

We checked in with ease. The host was easy to communicate with. The house was spacious and clean. Perfect for a family of 8. We were able to cook and do laundry throughout our trip. The kitchen was well supplied as far as smallwares goes. I would 10/10 book here again if in the area. Can't say enough good things about this place!

Overall was a wonderful property. Conveniently located within about a mile of OU campus. Only negative was we didn’t receive check in code until about 30 min after our check in time had passed. And we never received check out instructions.

Nice house

Our rental was very clean well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. There is a 2-story retaining wall in the back yard, so the view isn't great, but the quiet and solitude of the patio made up for it. The manager was responsive during the weekend when we had a couple of questions. It was a good stay.

Check-in was interesting. I called the agent and she was not aware we had reservations so the house was not ready. The house is clean, very nice and comfortable. The kitchen nice clean and had all we needed. However we had to have the Mbathroom shower plunged because it was not draining. The agent was very nice and did it herself because the plumber did not show up.

Great house but with the extra charges by vrbo and envo. I wont be using there sites again. House was 140 a night but there was 320 dollars of extras. Turning into a scam

Over all the house was great, I had a couple of things for the price that disappointed me. The shower door didn’t close - the coffee pot wouldn’t open to make a pot of coffee - there was no sugar or cream only artificial sweetener - there was no grass in the back yard and the lock on the front door said critical battery level. The place was huge for just the 2 of us but we were able to bring our fur babies so it all balanced out.

Hi Jeri! We're glad you thought the house was great and that you enjoyed having your fur babies with you. As dog owners we know how important that can be. We apologize for these issues. We were notified of the low battery on the evening of March 20th and our manager planned to replace it immediately after your check-out the next day. She confirmed creamer and sweeteners were available (the creamer was in the kitchen cabinet). Unfortunately, we were out of real sugar, sorry for that! We'll be sure to keep items stocked and visible moving forward. The coffee pot is in good working condition, and we will provide clearer instructions for future guests to avoid any confusion. We will address the shower door quickly and are looking at ways to address the back yard area. We have had problems keeping grass in that one area back there due to the shade and springtime is the perfect time to get it fixed for good. Thanks for sharing your feedback, and we hope to host you and your pets again soon!
