Excellent Get Away Spot

The property was beautiful and my group greatly enjoyed the amenities and location. Property management was very helpful and made the whole process easy. I would gladly come back and would recommend it to anyone who is planning to be in the area.

Fall Family Weekend

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The weather was absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed the game room, fishing and kayaking! Plenty of room for the 11 of us. We also went to the zoo and enjoyed the evenings at the fire. Beth the property manager was very friendly and knowledgeable.

Beautiful house!!

We had a great time in this house. It’s very cozy and fairly maintained. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped.We were a bit disappointed with the fact that we couldn’t use the basketball court (there was a huge tree laying in the middle of the court), and we also were not given the option to use the jacuzzi so if you’re looking for amenities, make sure to communicate with your agent.Overall a great option to have family and friends in Poconos!We enjoyed it very much.

Great place to get away to relax and have fun with friends

This property was a great place to get away with some friends. Enjoyed walking the property, sitting by the fire pit and playing games in the downstairs game room. Look forward to booking in the summer so we can use the pond.

Better than the pictures!

What a beautiful getaway for my family and friends. Celebrated a 40th birthday getaway and there was always something to do. The house is beautiful and the pictures do not do it any justice. The private pond is full of fish to catch and we all had a great time.

Winter Weekend

The property and the house were beautiful, loved the real log cabin feel. Basement has a great bar and video games for the kids (games could use an update). Outside was great on this warm weekend, played basketball on the full size court, did some fishing and hung out by the outside fire. Great weekend all around and would definitely go back and refer a friend. Thanks!

Friends Getaway

Every year we come to the area for the local pond hockey tourney. It's become a tradition. We found this house last year and fell in love with it. We have a fairly large group so it fit everyone comfortably. Lots of land and privacy! Great place to get away from it all. Beth is wonderful to work with too! Thanks & see you next year!

Beautiful property and a great location. Spacious and clean. The Sonos system (download the app) is a nice touch. Couple of minor issues worth mentioning. Some of the arcade games don't work and the ping table has seen better days. One thing that was a bummer was that the fire pit is located in a drainage area so it was always wet (no recent rain), not unusable, but not ideal. Otherwise this property is fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Fun Family vacation

We had a very nice 7 day stay at the spacious property. Working with Beth was a pleasure. She was very responsive to our issues. We are a family of 13 ranging from 2 - 62yrs of age and everyone found things to enjoy. We spent a lot of time outdoors kayaking, fishing and swimming with the kids. The large TVs and sonos system worked perfectly. The check in process does require you to stop at the real estate office which wasn’t a big deal. The outdoor deck does need some work and general cleaning but it’s functional. As previously mentioned in other reviews 3 of the 5 video games were out of order. I would recommend a larger refrigerator (or add a 2nd) for the size of the house. We had to use coolers for some of our refrigerated items. The wine cooler downstairs also didn’t work. There are also some loose tiles on the main floor off the kitchen. The provided basic supplies got us through the first 4 days but we did need to replenish (paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap etc…). A few upgrades could go a long way. Overall, it was a wonderful vacation for our family and I would recommend it to friends interested in the Pocono area.

Pocono vacay

Great stay with grandparents, adult children and grandkids. Enjoyed kayaking and fishing in the pond and campfires in the evening. Prefect spot for our family to vacation together.

The property was super, just like last year. It's hard to find any suggestions for improvement; however, the kitchen appliances could use an upgrade. The refrigerator is small, especially if a large group is involved, the stove needs to be calibrated since several of the burners do not respond when you try and adjust them.

Good for the group, but not luxurious

Overall it’s a great property. It is not maintained well. The floors in some of the bathrooms feel like they are caving in, for the price you pay, you have to supply your own firewood, the one bedroom on the second floor wasn’t advertised as one queen and a race car bed but it is, and finally the property needs some attention for landscaping. The house by the pond is covered in bees, the trees are growing into the path down to the dock, which is also covered is high weeds. Overall a nice property if you don’t need elegance but I’d say is a tad overpriced given the condition.

Great Place for Outdoor Fun

We had a large group of friends stay, and had a great time using the whole property. The pond and surrounding woods are beautiful, and the everyone slept very comfortably! Fully stocked kitchen made for easy cooking, and the pool table was in great condition. We would definitely consider coming back again!
