• WINDSOR ISLAND PARKING
- Parking is free.
- Maximum of 3 vehicles to be parked in designated Townhome parking areas.
- No parking on grass or sidewalks.
- One side street parking: vehicles are allowed to park on designated sides of the street, as indicated by street signs.
- Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses or boats are not allowed.
- Vehicle in violation of parking policy will be towed at the guest's expense.

• THIS HOME IS SELF-CATERING
- We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started. You can stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

- Please bring your own washcloths as we only provide towels.

• POOL HEAT - OPTIONAL
1-Cost: $35 per day.
2-Request 48 hours in advance.
3-Minimum: 2 consecutive days.
4-Temperature will not exceed 95F.
5-Heater works through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

The pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather. It automatically shuts off briefly until the pump can regain its functionality efficiently.
Keep in mind this service is optional and may not be available at times.

• BBQ RENTAL - OPTIONAL
- Cost: $75 All Stay

• TRASH DISPOSAL
Valet trash services are provided 7 days a week.
Trash must be bagged and tied in a 14-gallon trash bag, and then placed inside the designated trash bin for the home by 9am. Place any excess garbage in a tied 14-gallon trash bag next to the container.
Loose trash will not be picked up. Trash bins must stay at the unit or home and are not to be moved to the curb.

• HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

• ONLINE PURCHASE
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender.
Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them.
In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. FEES MAY APPLY.
Some resorts may not accept them.
