Gt Ocean Rd trip

This loft has a large living room with wonderful bay view. It is very clean. Below the loft is in fact the restaurant, so it is very convenient for dinner. Since the restaurant is closed due to the season during our visit and it is unknown whether the operation of the restaurant might have any impact on the loft.

Great Ocean Road family roadtrip

We visited the Great Ocean Road and stayed in Port Campbell. Our accommodation at 12 Rocks Beach View Loft was stunning. Spacious, beautifully decorated and very well located. The restaurant below didn’t bother us at all. View from the balcony must be the best in town.

Exceeded Expectations – Spacious and Luxurious

The property exceeded our expectations in every way! It is incredibly spacious, with a stunning view and an ideal location. The quality of the furniture and fittings is exceptional, adding to the overall comfort and charm. I highly recommend this property and would love to return again in the future

Beautiful Accomadations

Loft was above a bar but the bar shut down around 8:00 so noise wasn’t an issue. The loft was very clean, extremely well decorated, and well supplied. Highly recommended this property. Port Campbell itself was very small with not much happening.

Mum & Son holiday

This was a last minute one night away and we were so wonderfully delighted with the property It was spacious, clean,tidy, had everything we needed we couldn’t fault it. The views from the balcony was stunning It was above a restaurant and to be honest that didn’t put us off. It was so quiet we never even heard anything Would definitely recommend to all my family and friends and we will definitely be back

Amazing location and apartment

Can’t say enough great things about this property. It is the loft over the Rocks restaurant which closes down at 9pm-ish. The view of the water and pier are amazing. There were issues with the TV internet connection which was the only problem we had. It’s modern with great attention to details. It’s a WOW
