This spacious apartment features a king master, queen, and twin bedroom, plus a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and private porch. For a peaceful stay, we have quiet hours from 12am to 6am. Includes high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, and secure parking. Walk to local shops and attractions. Perfect for families and a memorable getaway!


There is a spacious front lawn for guests to use, and a lovely enclosed sunporch for rainy days or evening visiting. We have private parking that can accomodate multiple vehicles.

Kitchen facilities were awesome and chech in was seamless. Very nice facility. Our host was amazing.Couple of improvements:Because of the size of the unit it could use a second washroom.The room with the day bed should be a double need.

I live on site in a different unit, we can have as much or as little contact as you prefer. I speak English and French. I have one dog and 2 cats, you may see the cats wandering the property but my dog is always on a leash. I enjoy playing hockey and softball, and spending time with family and friends.

Ayer's Cliff is a beautiful, quiet neighbourhood with friendly people, In the summer the lake is a great place to be and in the winter we are only 20 minutes from Mount Orford.
