This is a very spacious home for lots of people. It worked quite well for our group. One of the beds would be best used for kids, not seniors. Also, if you book this place, bring your own tea towels, dish cloths and face cloths. Other than those things, it was great. The host is very responsive and helpful.
We had a great stay. The house is in a fantastic location and the hot tub is an added bonus. The kitchen could be cleaner, but we would definitely stay again!
Large space, very clean, and the host was very welcoming. The kitchen had everything we needed to host a dinner. The location is also very convenient as it is walking distance to nearby stores (grocery, restaurants, etc). The only issue was that there were no duvets or warm blankets on the beds, just thin summer blankets, which is fine if it wasn't January.

My family enjoyed our stay at this house. We have a large family and the house met our needs wonderfully. The house looks professionally decorated, and the kitchen was well-appointed for cooking family meals.
Everything was clean, comfortable and as expected. Our host replied promptly to any questions. It was perfect for our extended family visit with the large dining table, hot tub and bbq. It was an easy walk to shopping and restaurants and short drives to great hikes.
The house was a great place for our large group. We had plenty of room to hang out, a yard for the kids to play in, and a hot tub to relax in after log days on our bikes. At check in time I still hadn’t received the access code so I had to message to get that information. We were finally able to enter about 30 minutes late. Also don’t assume that towels included also includes wash cloths. We did and found out otherwise. Luckily Dollarama down the street had them. The shower in the hallway bathroom can be very slick so watch your step. Also the front door was very troublesome and became useless as our week went on.
Great residence. 4-bedroom house with a funky extra bed in the master bedroom. Nice kitchen with all amenities and great washing facilities too. Hot tub was great, BBQ too, and even had a propane fire pit in the back.
The property checked all the boxes we needed. Outdoor area and hot tub to relax and enjoy. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for us and lots of indoor space and all the amenities needed. Our only complaint was a dirty bathroom and a broken soap dispenser. Host refunded the cleaning fee for the dirt. No complaints. A fabulous stay for our family.

Hello Tracey
Thanks for letting us know about the issues,we have changed our cleaning company and changed the broken soup dispenser in all our bathrooms.
Wish you an amazing weekend
Home located close to hiking. Easy to get to Whistler for skiing.
Although the bathrooms and kitchen needed a little cleaning before we settled in the house had a lot of room for our family and the beds were comfortable.
The owner was contacted about the cleaning concerns and said it would be addressed with the cleaning person.
This was just as advertised! The home was clean, big and had everything we needed. Just down the road from the grocery, nestled into a neighborhood, it provided a great place to rest each night after our adventures, comfortable beds, and a full kitchen to prepare our meals. Only one thing was tricky: the kitchen faucet - we were either not smart enough to know exactly how it worked or else was not working properly, as sometimes it would turn off mid-use and then we’d have to jostle the handle to get it back on.

We came to town on our yearly mountain bike trip, this is the 4th different place we've stayed in town so we know the area fairly well. This is a good location and the pictures are accurate. House is well equipped and clean. One small issue is the front door doesn't open very well, took us a minute to actually realize it was unlocked and we had to push hard to get in.My big issue with this house is the owner. Our check in was for 3:30 and didn't get the instructions on how to enter until 6. All the other hosts I have ever rented from give you the codes to enter at least 24 hours before. I contacted the owner at 3pm and he said we would have the codes by 3:30. When I contacted him again at 5:30, he said they were in the app but I still couldn't see them, assuming my app wasn't working properly he finally messaged them to me.Same issue w/ check out, nothing on the app and I had to contact him to make sure we had everything up to check out standards. Then an hour or so after we left the owner accused us of smoking in the house. No one in our group smokes, vapes or anything of the sort so I was very put off by the accusation. The only thing i can think of was that one person in our group made bacon and eggs that morning, but how do you confuse those?Won't be coming back.

Thank you for your feedback. We’d just like to clarify one point. We did not accuse you of smoking. After the cleaning company informed us that they had noticed a smoke odor, we simply reached out to ask whether there had been anything during your stay that could have caused it. We wanted to better understand the situation before drawing any conclusions. We understand that odors can sometimes come from sources other than smoking, and our intention was only to ask a question based on the information provided by our cleaning team, not to make an accusation. We appreciate your stay and are sorry if our message came across differently than intended.
