So far so good. My only suggestion is the handicap parking. While there are several spaces, I think the circle area in the front of the tower should be redesigned to better accommodate more handicapped drivers and passengers. I do like the layout of the of our unit. The property is fine. I was pleasantly surprised that their was a second pullout couch.

It was a decent room. The bedframe is a little loose in the master bedroom. Not sure if it is just from wear and tear. I had called earlier in the week to have the bathroom shower curtain replaced and that was fixed really quick so we were very happy with that.. but other than those two things it was an awesome day and it was a fantastic room.

Beautiful condo, I would stay again even though there were a few inconveniences during my stay

I would stay here again but this company does have some opportunities for improvement. They did not communicate very well but the condo itself was great Cons 1. The building for check-in was 25 minutes from the actual condo. The welcome email did give the address for where to check in and an address for the condo so I should have clicked the first address but I do feel that they could do a better job about making it *abundantly clear* that the check in office is almost half an hour away so make sure to stop there first. Spent all day driving then had to do 50 minutes roundtrip to check in. The email could have put emphasis on how far the check in office was. 2. This company and the front desk of hotel both couldn’t answer questions I had. I asked if there was an ice machine anywhere in the building (there was not) and I asked if there was a vending machine so I could get some water (there was not). But both places acted clueless when I asked about those things. Asked if there was public wifi for the building, this company told me there was not. That’s not true, there is wifi. 3. There was a lot of leftover sand on the floor when we arrived. I just swept it myself and didn’t complain but the cleaner did not clean the floors before we arrived. 5. Two parking spaces included. Check-in employees told me $20 for both parking passes when I asked to clarify. It was actually $20/each so $40. Pros: Condo just as pictured Beautiful ocean view Easy walk to beach and beach bar
