Colourful & spacious, this apartment has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. It has a large open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen. Canberra Hospital is just a minute walk down the street, so very convenient if you're visiting the hospital. It is a peaceful friendly neighbourhood and centrally located in Canberra.

The Master Bedroom has a King bed, a large walk through wardrobe and ensuite. It is located away from the other bedrooms. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has a King Single. We also have an extra single bed available on request.

Guests have exclusive and full access to the whole apartment.

Garran is one of Woden's tightly held suburbs. It is saturated with beautiful homes and lots of trees. The neighbourhood is friendly and peaceful. Canberra Hospital is in Garran so guests who need to be close to it are very welcome to stay in this Airbnb.
The local Garran shops has a nice cafe and pizza takeaway. There is also an IGA for last minute essentials.

Because this home is located in an apartment complex, arriving here by car is easiest. There is a double garage as well as limited off-street free parking in front of the complex.
Buses regularly go past the hospital and the local Garran shops, so it is easy to travel that way as well.
Getting around the whole of Canberra by car is generally quite straightforward.

There are 16 steps from the ground floor up to the apartment (no lift access).

- There will be a Refundable Security Deposit held ($300). This isn't a double charge, but a security hold. The hold will take place at the time of booking but will appear on your transactions two days before checkout. It is released two days after checkout.
