Very quiet and private with Canberra Centre just a hop and a skip away! Walked to war memorial from the unit. Easy walk. Host lives on property but non intrusive at all. Appreciated breakfast supplies in the fridge, including eggs and coffee pods. Host contactable with prompt replies. Overall convenient location and comfortable. Would stay here again.

The unclear boundaries compounded by the owners residing in the adjacent unit, and the entrance and parking space, is an inconvenience during the stay. The absence of a dryer adds to the drawback.
