We arrived to the location at 9pm and followed the instructions to receive our key to the unit. Upon this we discovered we were not given a swipe card to enter the building its self or enter the car park. We phoned the hotel and they stated that this was not their issue. We then phoned the company in which we booked through and they could also not help us. We were left stranded outside of the building with no access to our unit or to access the carpark. After approximately 2 hours of attempting to contact people in order to gain access we asked another resident to let us into the building. The issue was not resolved and the only way we could get into the building after hours was if another resident or guest was entering at the same time. We also could not access parking for our entire trip. We were told that the person from the company would contact us the next morning to resolve the issue, however this also did not happen.
