Independence Lodge is a newly built 5-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom Breckenridge home that sleeps 14. Outdoor lovers will enjoy the nearby access to Dercum Mountain's biking, skiing, and hiking trails. Multiple living spaces and dual primary bedrooms make this home the ideal getaway for large families or groups. After adventuring, guests will appreciate the in-home ski lockers and storage, as well as unwinding in the spacious 10-person hot tub.

Upon entering the second floor of this remarkable home, an aura of rustic elegance makes visitors feel immediately at home.

Venture downstairs to the first-floor living space, featuring a cozy fireplace, 66" TV, and kitchenette with a wine fridge. Then, step through the sliding glass door to relax and unwind in the new spacious Arctic Spas hot tub for 10. Down the hallway is a convenient mudroom with ski lockers, as well as a laundry room with a full-sized washer and dryer.

On-site parking for 3 vehicles, with 2 in the garage, makes exploring the area easy. For the nearest ski access, go west on Independence Lane and turn right on Independence Road. Then take a left onto Montezuma Road and another left onto Gondola Road. River Run Gondola will be on the left side.

30th Birthday Trip

Group of friends and family stayed here and it was absolutely perfect! The house is beautiful and sooo clean. River Run Village is within walking distance to the neighborhood. Looking forward to staying here again!

Yearly Ski Trip

This was by far the best place we have stayed in Keystone. We have been traveling for years to Colorado for skiing. We love the ease of the location to get to the village, and the layout of this house. The accommodations were amazing and we will definitely stay here again!

Great Keystone vacation home

The home was beautifully decorated and very clean. The hot tub was big enough to fit my entire family with plenty of towels nearby for everyone to use. We were able to play music from speakers in the main rooms and hot tubs that was programmed for us. My family wants to go back again next year.

A housing!

Everyone who visited your house was very impressed! The only thing we could not do is combine the living room and kitchen speakers to play music but otherwise our stay was fabulous!

Family vacation

Big beautiful home, but several issues. Ice maker not working. Grill so full of grease it barely worked :needs to be cleaned! Drawers and blind pull cords in MBR not working properly. Stool at kitchen island broken. All fixed by property mgr who was excellent.
