The host, Joyce, was wonderful. She had several goodies in the house for us. The place is beautiful and clean. It was exactly what we needed for our small family reunion. We all enjoyed our stay there and are hoping to go back next year!

I have never stayed at ANY other place that offered all the "extras" that this place offered. They had everything you could need/want. From muffins, cupcakes, chocolate, cold water in the fridge, ice bucket already full, and even a bottle of wine! Very clean and welcoming. I had planned on keeping my boat at the lake, but there wasn't any slips available; Joyce was gracious enough to let us keep 2 trailer's on the property. I highly recommend!

Very pet friendly. Fenced large backyard with covered back porch. Currently having front porch covered. Master has a spacious bathroom. Entire place was very clean. Kitchen was fully furnished, but did not have a dishwasher. Not a problem for me,

Relaxing Getaway

The lodging was close to Cumberland Falls as well as other scenic drives. The hostess had it well supplied, so no trips to pick items up. Miss Joyce was welcoming and not intrusive. A thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Best place ever

Very comfortable and very friendly and nice to the kids we had with us on this trip. Let them swim in their own pool with adults from our trip present. Had snacks and small candy for you when you arrive that is so great. All in all this is a very quiet and laid back place just what you could be looking for. I loved this stay.

Corbin/University of the Cumberlands

This house was just perfect for us. Beautifully furnished, centrally located, and the host was outstanding. The personal touches were above and beyond any others I’ve experienced. There were snacks, drinks, breakfast goodies, and even graduation cupcakes for my husband - so very sweet of Ms Joyce! Highly recommend this property!

Family Stay

We spent the weekend with my mother in law and this home was absolutely perfect. We were so impressed with the thought behind this home. Every detail was appreciated from the generous supply of water in the fridge to the basket of Easter candy and bottle of wine. Thank you for making our weekend such a joy. Great Affordable stay

This rental had everything we needed. Full selection of dishes, comfortable seating, fresh towels & extra bedding, laundry, good parking for our 3 vehicles, snacks, fruit and bakery items upon arrival. Location was quiet. Not fancy but extremely clean and obviously furnished/decorated with lots of TLC. The outside does not do it justice. Wifi was a bit spotty (especially in the kitchen & master bedroom), but not a deal breaker for us - we used a phone hotspot when needed. Will 100% stay there again.
