Apartment was disappointing

We paid a premium to stay in this apartment as the F1 was on in Melbourne at the time.The apartment is in a good location but this is probably the only thing we liked about it. The overall cleanliness is poor, it looks like the place is only given a quick clean over between guests as places harder to reach like behind the toilet and under the bed are quite dirty. The blinds and windows in the living area were also dirty and there are quite a few patches of mold in the shower alcove.I also did not realize until we checked in that the apartment has no air conditioning, we had a couple of 35 degree days when we were there and that combined with all the noise from Burke St made for a few restless nights sleep.

The location was very good. I had trouble finding the key box, because I did not read the instructions correctly, and the host had someone there to help within a few minutes after I sent him a message.

Cute lil stay over. Luv luxe apartments but luv quirky & quaint ones like this way more.

It was a short stay but our time was very relaxed & the property was stocked wth all the mod cons making it easy to slip right in. Thanks so much Amy
