All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable although a topper mattress on the bed would have been even better. Good location and all in all, a very enjoyable stay.
Very central location, only a few minutes walk to shops and cafes. Quiet. Our room was not yet renovated and was a bit dated, but it was spacious and comfortable and we’d happily stay there again.

The room was spotless and beautiful, with heaps of amenities and a lovely view. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Amazing value for money !!
The room was spacious, simple, and clean.
Location is great.
There is a supermarket right next door, and many restaurants and cafes, nice garden are within walking distance.
On that day, we watched a musical at a theater just a three-minute walk from the hotel.
Great apartment, roomy with fresh update. Excellent king size bed. Sadly the smart TV lost its connection during the evening. Builders are working on various floors and holding up the lifts during the day. Still a favourite place to stay for location.

the accommodation was at such a high level I was extremely excited by all functions from room delivery to face-to-face
Every interaction was easy, uncomplicated and beyond helpful.
Very large clean apartment. Perfect for romantic getaway.
The only negative is if you are over 70 or disabled, getting into the bath/shower with its huge step up is really dangerous and especially risky when wet. So be aware.

Clean, great location bus stop right out front and trams down the road, IGA 2 doors down, walking distance from everything CBD, only downside is aircon is not ducted it is a split system in the living area and we prefer to sleep with the bedroom door closed, my partner did wake up sweating a few nights but we would definitely book here again!

Great room, only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is that there’s building works and the gym wasn’t operational which wasn’t displayed on the Expedia booking site. But it might explain why I paid less. Other than that the room was lovely, clean and new. They left some sweet treats and coffee pods for the Nespresso machine and had a mini milk in the fridge. The body wash/ shampoo etc smelled great. Lots of little extras made it a comfortable stay.
