City noise - Please note this is an inner city townhouse and has usual city noises such as nearby residences. The townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. As it is located at the back of the development, traffic noise shouldn't be a problem. We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24 hours in advance.
Smoking in prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.

A great location, walking distance to centre city. A quiet location being in a "no cruise" zone on a one-way street. Very tidy and modern with great contact from the managers.
Nice quiet location close to where i needed to b. Wholefoods store nearby 2 min walk, and couple of good restaurants within 10-15min walk. Host always responsive and helpful when called on and has everything i needed for a short stay. Will b back.
This was the perfect location for our stay in Christchurch! We could easily walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. Right near the river too! We were afraid parking would be difficult but we had no problem finding free spots nearby. The unit was exactly as described, clean and modern. We just loved it!
Really enjoyed this property. It was just as advertised. Clean, tidy and warm. Walking distance to city centre and shops. Parking on the street was not a problem as there was always a park. The hosts were awesome and had great communication. Will definitely stay here again when back in chch.
