We’ve got a host of activities to keep kids happy and to allow parents to unwind – a large spring-free trampoline, a tree fort with play equipment, a 'movie room', ample toys and books, and other thoughtful kid-friendly touches and activities.

The internationally-acclaimed Kaiteriteri Mountain Bike Park is just meters from the house, the bustling Kaiteriteri beach is just minutes down the road, the amenities of Motueka are just ten minutes away, and the vineyards, galleries, and other Tasman attractions are easy access.

Guests comment about the generous and well equipped kitchen. The house has multiple living spaces, both upstairs and down and inside and out. There are four comfortable bedrooms across two floors. And everyone appreciates the convenience of three bathrooms.
