Our Beach house has a brand new jacuzzi hot tub, high speed internet, 65” TV in the living room, 3 bedrooms (2 queen, 1 double bed) and a comfy sofa bed will allow you to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests.

Equipped with all new quality appliances including dishwasher, washer/dryer, double oven gas range, toaster oven, all set in a compact space to make the housework a breeze so you can spend more time enjoying the beach life.

Backyard is also a little piece of heaven: fully equipped with a propane BBQ, patio, patio furniture and even a 12foot trampoline for the kids enjoyment.

The real highlight of our beach house is definitely a brand new J-475 Jaccuzzi hot tub spa that awaits you with adjustable hydrotherapy jets for natural stress relief and recovery of sore muscles. You will definitely love, love, love this hot tub! Bonus is that towels are provided for your comfort.

Home also has large driveway and can easily accommodate parking for up to 6 cars. Parking is not allowed on the street.

This is an all year retreat as you are just a few steps to the water (2 minute walk to Beach 4), a short drive to Blue Mountains ski resort (25 mins) and short walk to McDonalds and Timmis.

The new Playtime Casino is under a 10 minute drive and there are many more attractions to explore all year long.

Beach 4 park is part of the Wasaga Beach Provincial park and offer all amenities including kids playground, public bathrooms, picnic tables and charcoal BBQ areas, with many pathways for nature walks.

From the park, you will see astonishing views of the Blue Mountains, and the frozen beach under gorgeous sunsets on winter sunny days.
