About this property
The Little Yellow House
Quaint 2-storey house on a lot backing onto forest. Just a short walk to the longest freshwater beach in the world. Hawaiian-esque sunsets. Close to trails and downhill skiing. Also a very short Drive to Tiny Marsh Provincial Wildlife area. Popular cycling destination with many linked trails. Small convenience/liquor store one mile away. More amenities only 15 minute drive away. A little piece of heaven away from the hustle, with a friendly and welcoming community. Bylaw STRTT-2023-012

Why they chose this property
This property is family friendly and is called "The Family Beach". It is newly renovated with love. All new appliances, ice-maker, 2 beautiful new bathrooms, and comfort mattresses including one king size for your enjoyment. We are only a few houses away if you need anything. We are hoping you enjoy this experience as our families did over the decades. The beach is just a short walk away...maybe 5 minutes down historic township paths. There is a convenience store just 3 minute drive away which includes an LCBO. You can walk there in 20 minutes to enjoy an ice cream cone as you walk back along the shores. The Tiny Marsh is just up the Concession Road on the Townline. The purest water in the world is in Elmvale. The Wye Marsh is about 20 minutes drive. Wasaga Beach WalMart, Superstore, and Recplex, amongst other amenities, are just a 10-20 minute drive away. Collingwood and the Blue Mountains are across the Bay and about 30 minutes away. Mt. St. Louis Moonstone and Horseshoe Valley resort are also just 25 minutes away. Lots of golfing options close-by including Marlwood, Springwater, Brooklea, and Settlers Ghost. Cyclists, hikers, sailors, skiers, artists, relaxers of all sorts just LOVE this place. Please respect our beautiful area and keep the noise down, the garbage up, and pick up after your pets please. Looking forward to meeting you soon! Tara and Chris.
