Legal 1 bedroom suite in quiet / mature area,close shopping plaza and traffic.

A right middle spot between Calgary and Edmonton, to take a rest, to walk around rick trails and to visit parks, shopping plaza and quiet sleep night with all the furniture and tools for your comfort living and stay in center of Alberta, a short drive to lakes and mountains.

This is a separate suite with a private entrance
attached to our home.
-You have complete privacy.
-You also have access to laundry.
- Private parking space in the back.
- 1 bedroom with a king mattress
-Children welcome
-Quiet Street, only local traffic
-no smoking inside or on the property
